Pricing
Priced for who you are.
Bippa never takes a percentage and never charges per sale. A church or a club pays 99 kr a month, an office pays 399 kr, and one place to sell from is free either way. What you take is yours whichever plan you are on.

Prices are per place, per month. You pick the plan that describes you, and you can change it later. MobilePay charges its own transaction fee under your own agreement; Bippa does not add to it.
Every feature, every plan.
Bippa charges for who you are and how big you are, never for which features you may use. Three numbers change. Nothing else does.

Before you ask.
Does Bippa take a cut of what we sell?
No. Bippa charges the subscription and nothing else: no percentage, no fee per sale, no setup cost. What you sell is yours.
Which plan are we on?
Community is for somewhere that is not selling to earn: a church, a sports club, a forening, a scout group. Business is for somewhere that is, like an office or a workplace. You pick it yourself when you subscribe, and you can change it later.
Why does Business cost four times as much?
Because it is worth four times as much to an office selling at a margin as it is to a parish selling coffee at cost. It is the same software either way, and a community should not be paying an office's price.
What does MobilePay cost?
MobilePay charges its own transaction fee under your own agreement with them. That is between you and MobilePay, and Bippa adds nothing on top of it.
Does Bippa work with Vipps?
Yes. MobilePay is renamed Vipps on 12 January 2027, and it is the same app, the same agreement and the same account under a new name. Buyers pay as they do today, your agreement and fees are untouched, and nothing changes in Bippa.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free for good, it needs no card, and it does not expire. One place to sell from with a few people can stay on it forever.
What happens when we outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. Adding the 26th product, the 6th person or a second point of sale is refused until you upgrade; everything already there keeps working, and you keep selling.
Which features are only on the paid plans?
None. The stock ledger, low-stock thresholds, roles, permissions and unlimited sales are on every plan, free included. The paid plans raise how many people, products and points of sale you can have, and that is the whole difference.
Is the app extra?
No. The Bippa app for volunteers, on iPhone and Android, is part of every plan, the free one included. Buyers never need it: they scan the QR code and pay in the browser as before.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then drops back to Free. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Do you have a discount for small clubs?
The free plan is the discount, and Community is the other one. Free is a real plan rather than a trial, and for a single place to sell from it is usually enough.
Put a sticker on the fridge this weekend.
Create your club, add the products you already sell, print the QR code. Bippa is not a point-of-sale and never touches cash, so there is nothing else to set up.
