Self-checkout for sports clubs
The kiosk is shut. The fridge is not.
Training nights, Saturday tournaments, the hour after the match. Bippa lets members buy a cold drink whenever the clubhouse is open, without anyone standing behind a counter.
Sounds familiar?
The kiosk needs a person
Somebody has to give up the match to stand behind the counter, and the rota falls apart in the school holidays. The rest of the week the fridge is locked.
The cash box never adds up
Coins, a tin, and a note saying someone owes for two sodas. By the time the treasurer counts it, nobody remembers what went missing or when.
Nobody knows what is left
You find out you are out of cola at the Saturday tournament, with sixty parents in the clubhouse.
How it works
1
Put a sticker on the fridge
The QR code opens your club's fridge in the browser. Nothing for members to install, and nothing for you to set up at the fridge.
2
Members scan what they take
They point their own phone at the barcode, or tap the item from your list. Your prices, your products.
3
MobilePay does the rest
One tap. The sale is recorded, the stock goes down, and the money lands in the club's account.
What it costs
Nothing for one fridge and up to five volunteers. 99 kr a month if you outgrow that. Bippa never takes a cut of what the fridge sells.
See what is in each planQuestions a treasurer asks
What if someone takes a drink without paying?
Bippa cannot stop them, and it does not pretend to. What it does is make paying faster than not paying, and give you a stock ledger that shows a gap the same week it appears rather than at the annual accounts.
Do members need an app?
No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page, and MobilePay is already on their phone.
Can several volunteers manage the stock?
Yes, and every count is recorded with who made it and when. Roles decide who can see the money and who can only restock.
Can we sell beer to the senior team?
You can put anything in the fridge, but an unattended fridge checks nobody's age. Age-restricted sales stay the club's responsibility, and most clubs keep those behind the bar.
Does Bippa work with Vipps?
Yes. MobilePay is renamed Vipps on 12 January 2027: same app, same agreement, same account. Members pay exactly as they do today, and nothing changes in Bippa or in the club's setup.
