Compare the places you sell from

With more than one point of sale, Compare puts them side by side: share of the takings, margin, when each one sells and what.

Compare is for clubs selling from more than one place. With one place it says so and points you at Points of sale; there is nothing to compare yet.

Side by side

The first card stacks each place's takings over the chosen period, Week, Month or Year. Small places are grouped as "3 other places" so the big ones stay readable.

One card per place

Under it, each place gets a card:

  • Of the club: its share of the takings.
  • Per payment: the average basket.
  • Margin: what the club made on what it sold, as a share. This needs cost prices; it reads "Unknown" when no product has one and "on costed items" when only some do.
  • When it sells: the busiest day and hour, with a strip for each weekday and each hour.
  • What sells here: the products, by units and kr.

Paused and archived places are marked "paused" and "put away" and stay in the comparison, because their sales are still the club's.

Getting a margin

Open each product, fill in Cost price on the Details tab and save. Bippa copies the cost price into every sale made from then on, so a price change next month does not rewrite last month's margin. Sales made before the cost price was filled in stay uncosted.

Put a sticker on the fridge this weekend.

Create your club, add the products you already sell, print the QR code. Bippa is not a point-of-sale and never touches cash, so there is nothing else to set up.
