See what the club sold

Payments lists every sale as it happens. The Overview adds the week's total, what it was against last week, and what sells most.

Seeing the money needs the Money permission. The owner has it; a treasurer gets it through a role. See Give volunteers the right permissions.

Payments

Click Payments in the left menu. Every sale is a row: what was bought, which place it was bought from, when, its status and the amount. Newest first, with Show older at the bottom. The menu at the top filters to one place.

The status is one of three:

  • Paid: the buyer approved it in MobilePay and the money is on its way to the club's account. Stock went down.
  • Not finished: someone opened MobilePay and did not finish. Nothing was charged and no stock moved. Most of these turn into Failed within a few minutes.
  • Failed: abandoned, refused or expired. Nothing was charged and no stock moved.

Click a row for the detail: each line with the price it had at the time, which account the money went to, and the MobilePay reference for matching against the bank.

The Sold card

The Overview page has a Sold card with the period's takings and how many payments made it up, against the same period before. Switch between Week, Month and Year, and use the arrows to look back. With more than one place, Where it was taken splits it by place.

Most sold

Below it, Most sold ranks products by Units or, with the Money permission, by kr, each against the week before.

Margins

Bippa can show what the club made, not just what it took, if products carry a Cost price. That appears on the Compare page. See Compare the places you sell from.

What Bippa does not record

Cash. If someone drops coins in a tin, Bippa never sees it and never will. Its numbers are exactly what went through MobilePay, which is what makes them worth trusting.

Put a sticker on the fridge this weekend.

Create your club, add the products you already sell, print the QR code. Bippa is not a point-of-sale and never touches cash, so there is nothing else to set up.
