The Thursday email

Every Thursday morning Bippa emails the week's takings and a shopping list. Each person gets the part their permissions allow.

A club does not need to log in to know how the fridge is doing. Every Thursday at seven in the morning, Bippa sends the week.

What is in it

  • The takings: what the club took over the last seven days, how many payments that was, and whether it is up or down on the week before. Sent to people with the Money permission.
  • The shopping list: what needs buying, with quantities that cover about two weeks of selling. Sent to people with the Stock permission.

Someone with both permissions gets both in one email. A club with nothing to report that week is not emailed.

The subject is either "Roskilde Boldklub: your week" or, when there is something to buy, "Roskilde Boldklub: 5 things to buy", so the shopping list is readable from the inbox.

Turning it off

Open Your account from the bottom of the left menu, choose Emails and turn Weekly digest off. This is yours alone and changes nothing for anyone else; the treasurer keeps getting theirs.

The same page has Running low for the low-stock alert. See Get told before something runs out.

Login links and invitations are always sent. Those are answers to something you just did.

Still stuck?

Write to us

Put a sticker on the fridge this weekend.

Create your club, add the products you already sell, print the QR code. Bippa is not a point-of-sale and never touches cash, so there is nothing else to set up.
