Log in without a password

There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset. When you want in, Bippa emails you a link.

Logging in

1. Go to Log in and enter your Email.
2. Click Send login link.
3. Open the email called "Log in to Bippa" and click Log in to Bippa.

The page says Check your inbox while you wait. If nothing arrives within a minute, check the spam folder, then click Send it again.

What the link does and does not do

• It works for 15 minutes and can only be used once. Opening it a second time shows "This link has expired". Just request a new one.
• It opens Bippa in whichever browser opens the link. On a phone that is usually the mail app's own browser, which is fine.
• You stay logged in on that device for 90 days, or until you click Log out under Your account.

Creating an account with an email that already exists

If you fill in Create account with an email that already has an account, Bippa sends a login link to it instead and keeps the name already on the account. Nothing is overwritten and nobody is told.

Changing your email

Your email is how you log in, so it cannot be changed from the profile. Write to us and we will move the account.
