The login link has expired

Links last 15 minutes and work once. Request a new one, and check the mail app is not opening it twice for you.

Clicking a login link and seeing This link has expired has one of three causes. All of them end the same way: click Request a new link and use the new one straight away.

It is more than 15 minutes old

Links are made to be used the moment they arrive. If the email sat in the inbox, ask for another from Log in.

It has already been used

A link works once. If you opened it on your phone and then clicked it again on your laptop, the second click fails. Log in on each device separately; each device stays logged in for 90 days.

Something opened it before you did

Some mail apps and corporate mail filters open every link in a message to check it is safe. That uses the link up before you see it. Two things help:

  • Copy the address printed under the button, "Or copy this address into your browser", and paste it into the browser yourself. A pasted address is not pre-opened.
  • If it keeps happening on a club mailbox, log in with your own email instead.

The email never arrived

Check the spam folder first. Then click Send it again on the Check your inbox page. If you typed the email at Create account and already had an account, the link went to that account's email, which is the same one, so this is rarely the problem.

Put a sticker on the fridge this weekend.

Create your club, add the products you already sell, print the QR code. Bippa is not a point-of-sale and never touches cash, so there is nothing else to set up.
