Your profile, emails and deleting your account

Click your name at the bottom of the left menu to open Your account. Everything here is yours alone and applies across every club you are in.

Edit profile

Your Name is what the rest of the club sees next to what you did: who restocked, who counted. A Picture helps more than a letter, and a face is easier to recognise than initials in a ledger.

Your Email is how you log in, so it is not changed here. Write to us if it needs to move.

Emails

Two of Bippa's emails can be turned off:

• Weekly digest: what the club took and what to buy, every Thursday morning.
• Running low: when something in the fridge reaches the level the club set for it.

Login links and invitations are always sent. Those are answers to something you just did.

Log out

Log out ends the session on this device. Logging back in means waiting for a link in your mail. See Log in without a password.

Delete your account

Delete account removes you from every club you are in and takes your name off what you did there. Sales and stock counts stay with the club, as they should; a count is the club's record, not yours. Your email is freed, so you could sign up again from scratch. This cannot be undone.

If you own a club, Bippa will not let you go until it has an owner. See Hand the club to someone else.
